Storekeeper:

 

As a storekeeper, I was assigned to receive all the new shipments, wholesale deliveries as well as arranging the stockroom according to the category of each item. This allowed the sales team to speed up their replenishment, which eventually increased the sales.

 

Sales Associate:

 

As a sales associate, I was assigned to provide the customers with the highest level of services in order to reach their satisfaction and deliver their requirements. This was implemented by undergoing several trainings. I was also assigned to achieve a certain target of sales based on each month’s target.

 

Trainer:

 

  • As a trainer, I was in-charge of training and developing all the new employees when it comes to the Product Knowledge as well as the Brands’ elements

  • Conducting a commercial policy every season to be aware of any updated factors that might need an action plan
  • Conducting an internal and external SWOT analysis to be aware of the shop’s market position
  • To ensure that the expenses are being controlled in order to achieve the required EBITDA
  • Negotiate with local suppliers with subjects related to the margin, agreement and payments
  • Conducting a daily meeting with the team members to discuss day-to-day operations
  • Conducting a weekly meeting with the shop team to delegate the weekly forecast
  • Conducting a yearly calendar to cover all the important occasions that will have a positive impact on the shop
  • Offering external customers a privilege proposal that will benefit their organization
  • Buying from local suppliers within the required budget
  • Analysing, evaluating and controlling all the shop’s KPIs to ensure the maximum productivity
  • Delegate the daily tasks to the appropriate team member
